Introduction: #Blessed - Spend any time on social media and you will see this hashtag appear. It appears 137 Million times on Instagram (wedding, babies, relationships, vacations, new jobs). As we begin this morning, I want us to think about the pictures or events in our lives where we would use that hashtag. Introduction : When you gather with friends and family that you don’t see very often, the conversation can include: Remember when….great victories (we won this game, performance in music, drama) or great losses (difficult seasons because of sickness, trauma, etc., funerals, COVID-19).  In our passage today, Paul is remembering when the presence of God was evident through provision and purity. Introduction : If you had to describe the Holy Spirit with three words, what would they be? Since today is Pentecost, the day in the church calendar when we celebrate the sending of the Holy Spirit upon all believers, I wanted to preach about the Holy Spirit. What we understand and believe about the Holy Spirit is important.
