Here are some of my favorite tweets from the last few weeks.  This is one of the blessings of social media where we can hear the gospel from people all over the world. But for the gospel to dwell in us, it’s vital to sing the specifically about Christ’s person and work." @emschumacher   Paul and Silas preached the same message to all people: “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.” #thegospelprojectkids Problems with the exhortation to “live out the Gospel”: 1) It confuses Law and Gospel. - Loving God and neighbor is Law, not Gospel. 2) It makes the Gospel experiential when it is actually objective. - Christ lived, died, resurrected, and ascended in history. @AustinDHobbs The requirement of the law on us hasn’t changed. The early church agreed that because of Jesus’ death and resurrection, He alone is all we need to be saved #thegospelprojectkids The people saw firsthand how Jesus ministered not only to the spiritual needs but also to their physical and material needs.
