Last week, I finished Night Driving: Notes from a Prodigal Soul by Chad Bird.  It is a book I would recommend as the author communicates well and shares how God met him every step of his journey. Grace is sufficient

My word for 2014 is focused on the power of God.  Are you feeling weak today?  Be encouraged by the truth of God's Word that in our weakness, Jesus is powerful. 9  But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
