Tweets and more tweets

Here are some of my favorite tweets from the last few weeks.  This is one of the blessings of social media where we can hear the gospel from people all over the world. If you like the tweet, go and follow the person on Twitter.
According to the Bible, the greatest need of human beings is to know that they have been forgiven. One of the greatest inhibitors to flourishing is the shame we carry around with us. @scottsauls
Jesus, always intent on wooing us away from our demons and into his life-giving arms, does not come after us with a whip. Instead, he pursues us in the power of his resurrected love. @scottsauls
Living in the Spirit-filled awareness of Christ’s love toward us will cause love to flow out from us toward others. “Majoring” in the things of Jesus will, over time, become more natural to us as the Spirit transforms us into his likeness. @scottsauls
Want to be like Jesus?
Focus less on being like him
and more on being with him.
His attributes must be caught
