Promises of God from Mark

Here are selected promises of God from the gospel of Mark compiled by Kenneth Boa. The last two are my additions.  Be reminded of who God is and what He has done for us.
God has identified with us in our humanity through the humility and servanthood of the incarnation.  Christ experienced the conditions of human limitations including his encounters with the temptations we face (1:12; 14:32-41).
Jesus offers the glorious gift of the forgiveness of sins (2:1-12) so that we can be cleansed and lifted up into a relationship with him.
Jesus welcomed the children. "When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, Le the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (10:14)
Remember Jesus. 22 And as they were eating, he took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to them, and said, “Take; this is my body.” 23 And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, and they all drank of it. 24 And he said to them, “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many. (14:22-24)
