Tweets and more tweets

Here are some of my favorite tweets from the last few weeks.  This is one of the blessings of social media where we can hear the gospel from people all over the world. If you like the tweet, go and follow the person on Twitter.

What the devil wants us to do is to lose sight of Christ’s part in the change process. Therefore, any change, any victory over sinful habits, has to start with you exercising more faith in your sovereign Senior Partner. (Jack Miller)
The gospel, then, cannot be treated simply as a message for unbelievers, as the doorway into the Christian life; in order for Christians to grow they must be kept in the sunshine of the gospel. @timchestercouk @mike_reeves
Our response to what God has done is a life characterized not by striving but by thanking, a life of gratitude—that’s what God desires. @MichaelHorton_ @WhiteHorseInn
The great work of the Holy Spirit is to fill us with faith and make us faithful servants, so ask the Lord to give you a mind that thinks by faith. (Jack Miller)
As for myself, after years of frustration, fits and starts, and exhausted collapses in my Christian walk, I have come back to a focus on the gospel and have found it sufficiency for daily living to be truly overwhelming. @MiltonVincent
